At MEP our objective is to produce quality Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Fire Alarm, Plumbing & Fire Fighting services in a positive closely controlled, well-managed & professional matter.
We are proficient in the execution of either pre-designed or design & build projects. Our field of experience cover all types of Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Fire Alarm, Plumbing & Fire Fighting services in projects as diverse as Warehouses, Showrooms, Health & Fitness, Hotels, Commercial & Retail complexes, Social Housing, Villas, Schools and Sports Centres.
Our extensive design experience allows us to develop the client's performance requirements after detailed discussions, into environmentally sound and workable schemes.
Our contract management knowledge ensures that installations are undertaken to programme and within budget, and equally important with a co-operative attitude. We intend to make working with MEP as easy as possible.

Statement of Intent
It is the policy of MEP Engineering Ltd to ensure that its operations are conducted in such a way as to ensure the Health and Safety of all its Employees, Subcontractors, and Visitors within the Organisation and all its sites.
We also ensure, so as far as is reasonably practicable, that our activities do not adversely affect the Health and safety of other members of the public.
We are committed to ensuring compliance with all applicable Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations.
Our objective is to promote the best health and safety practices and go beyond the level of mere compliance with legal requirements.
This policy reflects our strong belief that Health and Safety is paramount to our business and actively contributes to our success.
Implementation
We ensure Safety and Health Working Environment by:
- Ensuring Compliance with OSHA 2005 and related regulations.
- Identifying all significant Health and Saftey Hazards in the workplace, and carrying out suitable and sufficient risk assessments.
- Providing plant, equipment, storage and system of work that is Safe and without risk to Health.
- Ensuring adequate Human, Material and Financial Resources are available to meet all reasonable Health and Safety Requirements.
- Providing necessary safety devices and personal protective equipment and supervision of their use.
- Promoting best health and safety practices.
- Providing sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to enable all employees to avoid hazards and contribute positively to their own health and safety at work.
- Creating health and safety awareness through regular toolbox talks/ safety meetings on sites.
- Conducting active open communication and consultation among MEP Engineering Ltd people, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
- Taking action to prevent, reduce or control risks to an acceptable level and reduce the potential for loss incidents.
- Reporting and inventing all loss events, including near-miss, to drive improvement in our Health and Safety Management. Any lessons learnt from such events will be used to take preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Measuring health and safety performance against objectives and targets through internal audit and keeping necessary records.

We offer complete scheduled and emergency mechanical lift services to reduce your downtime, providing fast and effective lift solutions.
